Germund, who is from Bergen - Norway, initially made contact with another of our ladies, but realised after some e-mail correspondence that they were not compatible.

Germund re-contacted us to ask our opinion of Boom, having read her profile and looked through her online photos. Encouraged by our description, he made contact and arranged to visit Boom.

It was quickly evident that Germund and Boom had a good chance of success together due to the effort they both put into understanding each other from the outset.

Germund actively embraced the local customs and Thai social etiquette as we described to him, with Boom learning about the western mindset.

On Germund's third visit in March 2009, they were socially married in a ceremony at the family home of Boom's parents in Fang.

Boom has now obtained a settlement visa and is living with Germund and his two children in Norway.
